Unglaublich günstig!2 Zimmer zur Miete in Hamburg-Winterhude, zirka 69 Quadratmeter für 300 Euro. Warm!Unwahrscheinlich gerissen!
Denn ähnlich verlockende Angebote finden sich in der Datenbank von immonet.de auch für Köln, Stuttgart, München oder Leipzig. Mal heißt der Anbieter "Mohammad Kabir Madjidian", mal "Frank Scheufele" oder "Herbert Kurzenberger". Nur in Leipzig fällt der Name etwas aus der Reihe: "Nichtgefallen Mängeln". Oops, das ist wohl nur ein kleiner Tippfehler?!
Die 5-Sterne-"Apartaments" haben eines gemein: Die polnische Version von Apartment im Beschreibungstext; sie sind komfortabel ausgestattet wie Hotelsuiten – inklusive Internet, Bettwäsche und Entsafter – dafür aber erstaunlich billig. Zu billig? Zu suspekt!
Unbedingt! Denn wer alle diese Anbieter in den unterschiedlichen Städten per Mail kontaktiert, erhält eine automatisch generierte unpersönliche Antwort via diverser Hotmail-Konten: Alle jedoch von einem gewissen "Laurentiu Marian Ganea". Und seine zahlreichen Mietbotschaften beinhalten natürlich das gleiche "Problem":

Diese Antwort kommt flugs in einer weiteren Mail: Der Interessent solle 700 Euro via Western Union an ein UPS-Büro nach Liverpool überweisen. Nach Eingang des Geldes werde der Schlüssel dann sofort zugeschickt. Fragt sich nur: Welcher Schlüssel? Denn diese Abzocke hat Methode.
Eine Methode, die die Betreiber von Immobilienplattformen in der Praxis nur mit viel Aufwand entlarven können. "Unser Sicherheitsteam überprüft die Datenbank regelmäßig nach Auffälligkeiten und löscht zweifelhafte Angebote sofort", erklärt Immonet-Sprecherin, Melanie Höck.
Na ja, ganz so schnell dann wohl doch nicht!. Denn: wenn eine Wohnungsanzeige in "Betrugsverdacht" gerät, erhält deren Anbieter zunächst eine Email von immonet – mit dem Hinweis: "Ihre Anzeige ist verdächtig!"
Und einmal an den Pranger gestellt, erhalten nun auch alle Nutzer, die sich für dieses Wohnungsangebot interessieren, eine Warnung per Mail. Finger weg und keine Vorkasse leisten! Geht gar nicht: diese Kohle ist dann futsch.

Ich bin auch bei immonet auf diesen Betrüger gestoßen, zum Glück aber nicht drauf reingefallen.
Mir schrieb er in der zweiten Mail folgendes "Thank you for your reply but the
matter is that I'm in United Kingdom already. Like I have inform you before, the price you shall
pay for one month of rent will be 300 EUR + 300 EUR security deposit ( 600 euro
- the security deposit will be refund to you after the rental contract will be
close, the security deposit will be pay only for the first month, and the next

month rent + security deposit from you. The money, I want to recive it monthly
to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money
to my bank account. The apartment is ready for you, you will need only to
receive the keys and the contract to check it, and see if you like it.
Obviously we need a way to complete this deal, that will allow us to make sure we
receive what we are after. In order of that I have found a way for us to
complete the deal safely and fast, and in this way you will receive the Keys in
less than 2 days, if you move fast as well. The solution is provided by a
company called UPS which is similar to FedEx or TNT, which will handle both
payment and delivery of the Keys. I have found a procedure that will allow you
to pay for the rent of the apt only after you will receive the keys of it and

Wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, möchte er mir erst die Schlüssel schicken, dann soll ich mir die Wohnung anschauen und dann erst entscheiden und nichts vorher bezahlen. Ich versteh dabei den Sinn nicht, wenn er das Geld noch gar nicht vorher haben möchte.
Vor allem, welche Wohnung würde ich dann besichtigen können?
